Flag of SwedenSwedes love to fly their national flag, with its simple blue background and the gold cross of Christ.  Flags are normally rectangular in shape, but sometimes a long flag banner will float above a house or other building.  This same cross motif is found on all the national flags of the Nordic countries.  The red, white Norwegian flagand dark blue in the text above are the colors of the Norwegian flag.
